Sepia Scenes - General Warren

Monument of General Warren at Little Round Top, Gettysburg, PA. U.S. National Park. The Battle of Gettysburg was the bloodiest battle of the Civil War. For more photos just scroll down to my later posts.

It looks like a real person standing there. Perfect in sepia!

It must been amazing living at the country side. Monuments and sepia are a perfect match. I also love the frame effect. Have a great week, Deb :)

Love how you have presented this photo. The frame suggests a fragment torn from some old photo album! And the figure in the photo dominates the landscape quite dramatically!

Gettysburg is an amazing place to visit. When I was there I found it hard to imagine the horrible violence that occurred there. It made me realize that war can happen anywhere.

This sepia looks like it is right out of the vision of Matthew Brady.

Very nice! I also took a look at your other pictures. Looks like a neat place to go. I've always wanted to visit there because I've been interested in the subject. Great in sepia!

Impressive shot; looking like a snapshot taken years ago right on the spot with the General.

I had never seen a frame like that one before but it fits! I like the sepia toning too - Great job!
