Arts-Fest at State College

This was our first trip to art-fest! But will not be my last! Every step lead to something unique and interesting. Yes, most things are expensive, looking is still free.

We went on Thursday, Wednesday was children's day and in a park the was some and sculptures started for the kids.

A cool off station!!

Italian Street Art

Most was just started cause we were there on the first day.

Their chalk.

Now to my favorite artist, Sandra Russell. I have admired here work for a couple of years when I found her on ebay. A photographer who uses a polaroid camera. Visit her website for more info and to see her portfolio. http://www.ebsqart.com/Artists/cmd_889_profile.htm
I did not know she was going to be there, so when I saw the photos I knew who it was but I couldn't remember her name. I talked to her for a bit and I knew I was going to buy something, but what I liked so many of her photos. Her things are reasonably priced. I decided on a rusty relic, Running on Empty a photo of an old gas pump.
Here is a better look at some of her photos, Happy Pup in the red truck is a very popular print of hers.

I love to go to art festivals like this! Yes, they tend to be a little pricey. The Italian chalk art is fun! Have a great day...thanks for sharing it! Luanne
