The Game

Clark is wearing red so they remember not to tackle the QB.
We only stayed for the first half. We had to get back for a project for the dual sport in June.

Breanne's Photo Won

This is one of the photos Breanne took a couple of years ago. The Marketing company she works for was having a contest for a photo for their website. Her older photos are still on our computer and about a month ago she was trying to crop and resize for this contest. They had to be 675 x 100 pixels, I had to help her. Well, she said last week that she won 50 dollars! But didn't know which photo won, last night she e-mailed me the winner. You can click on it to see the actual size. I can't put up the link to the site cause it is private for employees only.

More Pear Blossoms

I almost forgot that I wanted to go downtown when the Bradford Pears were blooming. I will be uploading to the Capture York site so if anyone wants to vote on these. A link is on the right.

My Latest Prize

I received my latest prize from Luanne at All In A Days Work. A gorgeous Dichroic pendant, that she made. I found a collar type choker in my jewelry box that I put it on and they are perfect for each other! Thanks, Luanne!

Getting Some Things Ready For Easter

I haven't painted eggs in a long time, I found some old paint in a box in the attic and thought this year I would paint a couple.

I also went to the grocery store early this morning before everyone else got there!
And got a game ready for Easter!

Sepia Scenes - General Warren

Monument of General Warren at Little Round Top, Gettysburg, PA. U.S. National Park. The Battle of Gettysburg was the bloodiest battle of the Civil War. For more photos just scroll down to my later posts.

Gettysburg

We met with a Gettysburg Flickr group to photograph the sunset at Little Round Top. We got there a little early and we drove around some. These are some of the photos I took Saturday, I may post some others later this week.
I don't know the names of all these sites, note the cannon ball hole thru the barn and the horseback riders.

I believe this is known as the Witness tree

As the sunwas setting, General Warren looks on.

My favorite of the day, I was practically laying on the ground to get this!

The observation tower at LRT, thru the arches.

Cannon and sunset, I focused on the US on the cannon. This would be perfect if the cannon was aimed right at the sun, maybe next time.
