Snow 2-6-10

it started snowing yesterday, around 2pm and it is still snowing at 10:22am sat. 2/6. Here are a couple of shots I took this morning from the front and back porch. looking forward to when it stops so I can venture out for more picture taking.

Oatmeal Raisin Root Beer Bread

A new recipe I created with Tastefully Simple Beer Bread. I used root beer and added some oatmeal and 1 cup of raisins.

The moon last night, This was the first time I got a decent shot of the moon. Should be better, I will have to try again this summer.

Birds!

The other day a bunch of birds where flying around the house like the movie "The Birds" well till I got the camera most of them were gone, but I managed to get some through the window. This is the favorite of that day, a silhouette of the bird with a crab apple in his mouth.

I don't know what kind of birds they were, but this is what they looked like.

One had an itch!

Well today, while on the computer I saw this Blue Jay flying around and I got the camera ready and luckily it came back. I got to take 4 quick pictures and here are 3 of them. I did not know he was eating a bug!

Wedding 11/21/09

The groom really likes Halloween so some decorations around the haunted house gingerbread house were for him!

I really appreciated the opportunity to take photos at their wedding!
